Textbook: Catherine E. Housecroft & Alan G.
Sharpe, Inorganic Chemistry, Prentice Hall, 1st edition, 2001.
Grading: Four hour exams + one final exam = five
exams at 20% each.
Attendance: You are expected to attend class and be
present for scheduled exams. If you cannot be present for an exam, it is your
responsibility to contact me and make other arrangements, preferably before the
exam is given or at least on the day of the exam.
I do not give makeup exams. If you miss an exam and do not contact me in
a timely manner, your grade for that will be zero. To contact me, call my phone
number at school, 375-2116, and leave a voice mail message. Thank you.
Cheating: Anyone caught cheating during an exam or quiz will receive a zero for that exam. Anyone caught cheating a second time will receive an F for the course.
