If you need to enter a title or author's name
that contains foreign language characters, such as ç or è, you can
use the following chart to quickly enter a code for the
character. This is especially helpful in applications such as
Noodletools, which does not have an alternate way of entering
characters that are not found on your keyboard (yet, although they are
considering an enhancement down the road)! [Note: In Word, you
can use the Insert, Symbol command, or the Microsoft Language
Toolbar.]

If you wish to install a free
program on your computer to handle such characters, one recommended
program is Quick Key, available at http://quickkeydotnet.sourceforge.net/
