Our Mascots Through the Years

Below are the Bonaventure mascots past and present.       

    *Notice the changes in the Brown Indian.

We started out with the Brown Indian and Brown Squaw.  After years of controversy we changed our mascot because it was viewed as disrespectful of the Seneca Indians.

After the Brown Indian we had the Bona Fanatic.  Nobody liked it so it got canned.

Now we have the Bona Wolf. Everybody loves the Bona Wolf (unless he's standing in your way during a game).
