   Finding Books and Other Library Items in our Library

The FRIAR online catalog can be used to determine the location of books (including all textbooks in the Curriculum Center), journals, and media resources (videos, CDs, cassettes) at Friedsam Memorial Library.  To reach the catalog, click this link.

When viewing a record in our catalog, you'll notice that our holdings are color coded by section and floor to help you easily find things.  To use the color coding system, look for the colored arrows on the main level landing of the main staircase.

   How to Find Periodical Articles

To find journal/periodical articles, you need to use an index, either online or in print.  FRIAR can let you know what journals the library has in print form, and this listing shows titles available electronically through the library's online subscriptions.

   Using Online Databases
