I didn’t find diagrams with the dimensions on the drawings. Roughly speaking,
The command module is 3.47 m tall and 3.9 m in diameter. The service & command modules together are about 8.1 m tall, excluding the engine nozzle. That nozzle is about 2.89 m tall.
The lunar module 5.5 m is tall and 14.1 m in diameter. The distance between the two front landing gear shown on the diagram is about 5.9 m.
