Faculty representatives to APEC shall be elected by a majority vote of the full-time faculty of their respective schools in April of each year The Senate representative shall be elected by a majority vote of the Senators who are present at the April Senate meeting. All members shall serve three-year terms, and any vacancies that appear before the end of a term shall be filled by a special election of the body that originally chose the representative. Members shall be elected on a staggered basis using the following start dates:
Education (elected 2014)
Arts (elected 2015)
Sciences (elected 2016)
Communication (elected 2016)
Business (elected 2017)
