The summarized results of electronic course evaluations for each full time and adjunct faculty member shall be distributed by the Director of Institutional Research to the dean of each faculty member’s school within three weeks of the end of each academic term. The school dean shall be responsible for distribution of the evaluation summaries to the applicable department chair and individual faculty members. The Dean of Clare College shall also have access to the evaluation summaries for all “core of the core” courses and courses taught in satisfaction of core area requirements. The course evaluation summaries may be used for both formative and summative evaluation provided that those who use them for such purposes abide by the Official Evaluation Guidelines.
