Final Examinations (September 1991)

Finals are required in all courses at times scheduled by the university during final examination period. Any exception to this rule must be made at the written request of an instructor and approved by the department chair and the dean of the school. In the event of an approved exception, the class must meet during the final examination period for a meaningful activity such as a lecture, discussion or student presentation. Attendance at this meeting must be made mandatory.

Regardless of the exam option chosen, classes must meet during the regular final exam period. (March 1987)
