Transcript Releases

The University will not issue a transcript or a diploma until all outstanding debts are paid to the University. The undergraduate catalog clearly sates, in bold print, “Failure to settle accounts in full will prevent the student from registering for a subsequent semester, receiving academic credit, obtaining transcript of grades, or receiving his/her diploma.”

When students request a transcript their records will show if there is an outstanding debt. The student is notified immediately that a transcript cannot be issued due to the outstanding debt.

The University sends monthly bills to parents telling them the balance in their accounts and asking them to pay the balance as soon as possible. Once a student or parents agree to arrange for payment, the University will release the requested information.
