Transcripts (January 1995)

To help our alumni office keep more accurate records, which, in turn, will help our fund raising efforts, all requests from alumni/ae for transcripts and information, as well as general correspondence, will be copied and forwarded to the Director of Development Research in Hopkins Hall. The copies will be sent either biweekly or on a monthly basis. The copy will consist of the entire letter, note, etc. as well as the envelope displaying the postmark and return address.

This procedure will be implemented effective January 1, 1995 and will be a standard operating procedure. Any and all correspondence from undergraduate and graduate alumni as well as individuals who attended but did not receive a degree will be copied
