Advertising Policy

It is the policy of St. Bonaventure University not to accept advertising from any enterprise whose primary business involves the production and distribution of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms, or any activity or entity in opposition to the Mission of St. Bonaventure University. In addition, it is the policy of the University not to accept advertising from other types of enterprises that focus on alcohol, tobacco, or firearms or any aspect contrary to the Mission of the University in its advertisements.

This policy includes, but is not necessarily limited to, advertising in event and game programs, for fundraising or other purposes, and banners/signage at University-sponsored functions, whether on or off campus.

This policy applies to all constituencies operating on behalf of St. Bonaventure University, including, but not necessarily limited to, employees, alumni, leadership board members and volunteers of the University, and their designated agents.
